In this age of greater awareness, legal, health and safety issues have emerged as priorities to consider when booking an evening's entertainment.

All discotheques are required by law to have Public Liability Insurance to cover themselves in the event of any outcome.

Positive Vibes is pleased to be covered by Zurich Commercial Insurance through Country Mutual Insurance Brokers.

In addition most venues are requiring mobile discos to have their rigs monitored via annual Portable Appliance Testing.

Our equipment is tested annually by qualified engineers - Fiesta Roadshow Technical Services - and is certified accordingly with 1989 HSE Electricity at Work Regulations as part of necessary Portable Appliance Testing. We also have the accompanying certification to that effect.

I also possess the necessary business insurance to transport the equipment to and from the venues.

It is highly recommended to only deal with discos with the above criteria, and in the first scenario, a legal requirement.

All our confirmed bookings are issued with a signed contract from ourselves agreeing to the times and costs agreed provisionally. We again recommend that anyone hiring any form of entertainment deal only with companies that do just this.
